In a move that has taken the trade by surprise, Sri Venkateswara Creations, headed by Dil Raju, has secured the Andhra Pradesh–Telangana theatrical rights for an astounding ₹120 crore (advance on commission basis). This officially stands as the highest-ever AP–TG acquisition for a non-Telugu-origin film.
The deal, finalized between the film’s producers—KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations—and SVC, underscores the extraordinary confidence the industry has in the project’s scale, star power, and theatrical strength. With multiple major distributors aggressively competing for the rights, SVC ultimately emerged on top, closing what is already being termed one of the most consequential distribution agreements in recent Indian cinema.
Led by Yash, Toxic represents the growing reality of true pan-Indian stardom—where language barriers dissolve in the face of audience connection and cinematic ambition.
