Samantha’s First Production Shubham Set for May 9 Release; Trailer Unveiled

Under the banner of Tralala Moving Pictures, actress-producer Samantha is venturing into production with her first film, Shubham. Directed by Praveen Kandregula, the movie is all set to hit theaters on May 9. So far, the posters and teaser released have created quite a buzz, piquing the audience’s curiosity.
As the release date approaches, the makers unveiled the much-awaited trailer of Shubham on Sunday, April 27.
A Glimpse into the Trailer
The trailer shows women in a village behaving strangely after getting hooked to a TV serial — almost as if they are possessed. The men in the village are seen struggling to deal with the bizarre situation. Adding a delightful surprise, Samantha makes a special appearance as a “Mataji” (holy figure), further raising curiosity and excitement about the movie.
What Shubham Promises
Going by the trailer, Shubham appears to be a perfect blend of horror, comedy, suspense, and emotions. The film aims to offer an entertaining experience across genres when it releases worldwide on May 9.
Adding to the movie’s appeal, Vivek Sagar has composed the background score, while the songs are set to the tunes of Clinton Cerejo.
