Guna Handmade Films Announces New Release Date for Gunasekhar’s Euphoria — Arriving Worldwide on February 6, 2026
The much-anticipated film Euphoria, the latest creation from acclaimed director Gunasekhar, is all set for a grand global release on February 6, 2026. Produced by Neelima Guna and Yuktha Guna under the Guna Handmade Films banner and presented by Smt. Ragini Guna, the film brings a refreshing concept aimed at connecting with both youth and family audiences.

Euphoria features a diverse lineup of talented actors including Bhumika Chawla, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Sara Arjun, Nasser, Rohith, Vignesh Gavireddy, Likhita Yalamanchali, Addala Prudhvi Raj, Kalpa Latha, Sai Sreenika Reddy, Ashrita Vemuganti, Mathew Varghese, Adarsh Balakrishna, Ravi Prakash, Naveena Reddy, and Likith Naidu.

Release Date Shift Explained
Originally scheduled for a Christmas release on December 25, 2025, the makers opted for a strategic change in date due to several films unexpectedly joining the Christmas lineup. To avoid overcrowding at the box office and to ensure a wider, more impactful release, the team rescheduled the film’s release to February 6, 2026.

“With multiple big releases suddenly arriving on Christmas 2025, we felt shifting the release would allow Euphoria the space and attention it deserves. We look forward to presenting a thought-provoking cinematic experience with strong promotions leading up to the release.”
Gunasekhar & Bhumika Reunite After 20 Years
A special highlight of Euphoria is the reunion of Gunasekhar and Bhumika Chawla, who previously collaborated on the iconic blockbuster Okkadu two decades ago. Gunasekhar is said to have crafted a powerful, emotionally layered role specifically for Bhumika in this film.
