The Paradise Locks August 21 Release: Nani & Srikanth Odela’s Pan-India Spectacle Eyes Festival Advantage

Nani is gearing up for one of the most ambitious films of his career with The Paradise, a grand-scale period action drama directed by Srikanth Odela (of Dasara fame). Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the banner of SLV Cinemas, the film is shaping up to be one of the biggest Pan-Indian releases of the year.

While production is progressing at full pace in Hyderabad, the makers have now officially announced the film’s theatrical release date: August 21.

Strategic Release Amid Festival Wave

The August 21 release places The Paradise in a highly advantageous festive corridor. The first week receives a boost from Onam and Milad-un-Nabi, followed by Raksha Bandhan in the second weekend and Janmashtami in the third. This extended holiday window provides a strong box-office runway for a high-budget spectacle of this magnitude.

Known for his calculated release strategies, Nani once again demonstrates sharp market awareness by securing a date that maximizes theatrical potential across regions.

Explosive Introduction Song Underway

Currently, the team is filming one of the film’s major highlights—Nani’s high-energy introduction song. The sequence is being shot on a massive custom-built set featuring hundreds of dancers, promising a visually striking mass moment.

Music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, who has delivered an intense and pulsating number tailored to Nani’s rugged on-screen persona. Choreographer Sudhan Master is designing the sequence with grand visuals and dynamic movements, aiming to create a full-scale theatrical celebration.

Stellar Cast & Technical Powerhouse

Alongside Nani, the film features prominent actors including Mohan Babu, Raghav Juyal, and Sampoornesh Babu in key roles.

Technically, the project is backed by a strong crew:

  • Ch Sai – Cinematography
  • Navin Nooli – Editing
  • Avinash Kolla – Production Design

The recently unveiled release poster, highlighting Nani’s intense and fierce “Jedalu” look, has further amplified anticipation among fans.

A Pan-World Release

The Paradise is planned for a pan-world release in eight languages, underscoring its global ambitions. With production nearing completion and excitement steadily building, the film is positioned as a major theatrical event in the upcoming festive season.
