‘Akhanda 2: Tandavam’ Begins New Shooting Schedule at RFC—Balakrishna & Boyapati Reunite for Mass Action Extravaganza

The God of Masses Nandamuri Balakrishna is back, teaming up for the fourth time with blockbuster director Boyapati Srinu for the highly anticipated sequel, Akhanda 2: Tandavam. Promising to surpass the original in story, scale, production, and technical brilliance, this high-octane action drama is being mounted on a massive scale.

Produced by Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta under the prestigious 14 Reels Plus banner, the film is proudly presented by M. Tejaswini Nandamuri.

Recently, the team wrapped up filming some major action sequences in grand international locations across Georgia, adding to the film’s visual grandeur.

Starting tomorrow, the next shooting schedule will kick off at Ramoji Film City (RFC). This schedule is said to be crucial, with several key scenes involving Balakrishna and the core team being shot.

The teaser, released on the occasion of Balakrishna’s birthday, created a nationwide sensation, garnering record-breaking views and sparking massive fan excitement.

The film features Tollywood’s lucky charm Sanyukta as the female lead, while the dynamic Aadhi Pinisetty will be seen in a powerful and intense role.

Backed by a top-tier technical crew, the film’s music is being composed by S. Thaman, with C. Ram Prasad handling cinematography, Tammiraju on editing, and AS Prakash as the art director.

Akhanda 2: Tandavam is all set for a grand pan-India release on September 25, as a Dussehra festival treat.
