Dulquer Salmaan’s Action-Packed 40th Film I Am Game Begins Shoot with Grand Pooja in Thiruvananthapuram

Malayalam cinema’s heartthrob Dulquer Salmaan has officially kicked off the shoot of his landmark 40th film, titled I Am Game. Directed by Nahas Hidayath, the project began with a traditional pooja ceremony in Thiruvananthapuram, setting the tone for what promises to be a high-octane entertainer. Dulquer is also producing the film under his home banner, Wayfarer Films.

Adding to the excitement is the presence of Antony Varghese and celebrated Tamil filmmaker-actor Mysskin, who marks his Malayalam acting debut with this film. The cast and crew gathered for the launch, giving fans a glimpse into what’s being positioned as Dulquer’s most ambitious Malayalam film to date.

The story and screenplay for I Am Game are crafted by Sajeer Baba, Ismail Abubacker, and Bilal Moidu, with dialogues written by Aadharsh Sukumaran and Shahabas Rasheed. Following the massive success of RDX, director Nahas Hidayath’s collaboration with Dulquer is drawing considerable attention, especially with the action-heavy premise and grand production scale being hinted at.

The first schedule of the film is currently underway, with the team filming in and around Thiruvananthapuram. Designed as an intense action thriller, the movie boasts a star-studded ensemble and will feature some gripping set pieces and stylized visuals.

The eye-catching title poster for I Am Game, which was released earlier, went viral on social media and has only added to the mounting anticipation surrounding the project.
