IT Officials Conduct Raids at Tollywood Producer Dil Raju’s Residence

In a surprise move this morning, Income Tax (IT) officials conducted raids at the Hyderabad residence of prominent Tollywood producer and Film Development Corporation (FDC) Chairman Dil Raju. The raids also extended to the homes of his brother Shirish and daughter Hanshitha Reddy.  

Dil Raju’s wife, Tejaswini, addressed the media regarding the raids, confirming that IT officials had taken bank lockers for inspection. She stated that the raids were related to the film industry and described them as routine IT checks. “The officials requested bank details,” she clarified, adding that the lockers were opened and shown as part of the investigation.

Awaiting Further Details and Dil Raju’s Response

Further details regarding the nature and scope of the raids are expected to be disclosed by the authorities. The public and the film industry are awaiting an official statement from Dil Raju himself, shedding light on the situation.

This development comes at a time when Dil Raju’s recent productions have seen mixed results at the box office. While Game Changer underperformed, Sankranthiki Vasthunnam emerged as a successful venture.
