Namrata Shirodkar Launches Andhra Pradesh’s First Mother’s Milk Bank & Free Vaccination Drive

Namrata Shirodkar, representing the Mahesh Babu Foundation, inaugurated Andhra Pradesh’s first-ever Mother’s Milk Bank at Andhra Hospitals, marking a significant milestone in neonatal healthcare. This initiative aims to support newborns whose mothers are unable to provide breast milk, ensuring they receive essential nutrition through carefully screened donations.
Free Cervical Cancer Vaccination Drive Launched
Alongside the milk bank launch, Namrata also introduced a cervical cancer vaccination program for girls aged 9 to 18 years. With a target of vaccinating 1,500 girls by 2025, the initiative is being offered completely free of cost, reinforcing the foundation’s commitment to public health.
