As anticipation builds for Bigg Boss Telugu Season 9, rumors have been swirling about a potential shake-up in the hosting department. With fans eagerly waiting for the official announcement, speculation intensified over whether Nandamuri Balakrishna would take over the reins from longtime host Nagarjuna Akkineni.

However, trusted sources close to the production have reportedly confirmed that Nagarjuna is not going anywhere. According to OTTPlay, the veteran star, who has hosted the show since Season 3, has renewed his contract with the channel and will continue as the face of the Telugu version of the hit reality show. He is said to have been offered a substantial fee to return.

The buzz around Balakrishna possibly stepping in emerged after his successful stint on the popular talk show Unstoppable with NBK, which showcased his charm and wit. There were also murmurs that Vijay Deverakonda was in talks to host the show, but no official confirmations ever followed.
