• First Apartment: Spanning 1075 sq ft on the 18th floor, this unit was acquired for Rs. 3.45 crore and comes with a dedicated parking spot. The buyer also paid a stamp duty of Rs. 17.26 lakh.
• Second Apartment: Also on the 18th floor, this flat covers 885 sq ft and was sold for Rs. 2.85 crore, with a parking space and stamp duty amounting to Rs. 14.25 lakh.
• Third Apartment: Located on the 19th floor, this 1100 sq ft apartment was purchased for Rs. 3.52 crore with a stamp duty payment of Rs. 21.12 lakh.
• Jodi Flat: The standout sale is the Jodi flat, spanning both the 18th and 19th floors and covering an expansive 1985 sq ft. This luxury unit, which comes with two parking spaces, fetched Rs. 6.35 crore, and its buyer paid a stamp duty of Rs. 31.75 lakh.

The celebrated actress is all set to star in her first collaboration with the acclaimed director SS Rajamouli, alongside superstar Mahesh Babu in the upcoming film, SSMB29.
