Rajinikanth’s Action Thriller Coolie to Stream Globally on Prime Video from this date

Streaming giant Prime Video has officially announced the worldwide premiere of Coolie, the highly anticipated action thriller starring Rajinikanth. Directed and written by Lokesh Kanagaraj with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander, the film features a stellar ensemble cast including Nagarjuna, Soubin Shahir, Upendra, Shruti Haasan, Sathyaraj, Aamir Khan, Rachitha Ram, and Pooja Hegde. The film will stream from September 11, premiering in Tamil with dubbed versions available in Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, across 240+ countries and territories.

Story & Setting

Set in the Visakhapatnam docks, the film tells the story of Deva, a former coolie who turns into a rebel after the suspicious death of his best friend. His search for the truth uncovers a smuggling syndicate, a hidden mole, and a mysterious electric chair, drawing him into a perilous battle of betrayal and vengeance.
