Saira Banu, the former wife of renowned music composer AR Rahman, recently underwent surgery after being hospitalized due to a medical emergency. Her lawyer, Vandana Shah, released a statement on Instagram detailing the situation and requesting privacy for Saira during her recovery.
The statement expressed Saira’s gratitude for the support she received from friends and family, including Resul Pookutty and his wife Shadia, Vandana Shah, and AR Rahman himself. It also highlighted her desire for privacy as she focuses on her recovery.
