Sharwa’s Fierce Birthday Poster from Bhogi Unveiled; Sampath Nandi’s Pan-India Period Actioner Targets August 28 Release

The makers of Bhogi, the ambitious pan-India period action drama starring Sharwanand, have revealed a special birthday poster, presenting the actor in a bold and rugged avatar. Directed by Sampath Nandi, the film is produced by K. K. Radhamohan under the banner of Sri Sathya Sai Arts, with Lakshmi Radhamohan presenting the project. Mounted on a grand scale, the movie is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious ventures in Sharwanand’s career.

The newly released poster showcases Sharwa in a mass-loaded and intense transformation. Sporting untamed hair, a thick beard, and a rugged appearance, the actor exudes raw attitude. A beedi resting between his lips, with smoke slowly drifting out, adds a rebellious edge to his look. The slightly sweaty texture on his face and his piercing expression hint at a fierce and uncompromising character, capturing the gritty tone of the film.

Carrying the powerful tagline “A Blood Fest,” the film is currently progressing with its shoot. In Bhogi, Sharwa will be seen portraying one of the most intense and rustic roles of his career, and his dramatic makeover has already sparked discussion among fans and movie lovers.

Director Sampath Nandi is crafting the narrative against the rugged socio-cultural landscape along the North Telangana–Maharashtra border during the late 1960s. The period setting promises a raw, atmospheric backdrop that enhances the film’s dramatic and action-packed storyline.

At present, the team is filming high-voltage action sequences on a massive set in Hyderabad, indicating the film’s grand scale and cinematic ambition.

The movie also stars Anupama Parameswaran and Dimple Hayathi as the female leads, with several well-known actors appearing in key supporting roles.

On the technical side, Kiran Kumar Manne is handling production design, Kishore Kumar Arokia is responsible for cinematography, and music is being composed by Bheems Ceciroleo.

Planned as a pan-India theatrical release, Bhogi will arrive in cinemas in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi on August 28, coinciding with the festive occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
