Shiva Rajkumar Completes Look Test for Ram Charan’s RC 16, Set to Join Shoot Soon

The much-anticipated film RC 16, starring Global Star Ram Charan and helmed by director Buchi Babu Sana, is making significant progress. With Janhvi Kapoor as the leading lady and Kannada superstar Karunada Chakravarthy Shiva Rajkumar in a crucial role, expectations are soaring for this cinematic spectacle.

The latest update from the team reveals that Shiva Rajkumar, fondly known as Shivanna, has completed his look test for the film. Known for his commanding presence and charismatic performances, Shivanna is set to bring his signature intensity to RC 16. This project also marks his first-ever collaboration with Ram Charan, making it a thrilling union for fans across industries.

Launched in 2024, RC 16 kicked off its first schedule in Mysore in November, followed by an extensive shoot in Hyderabad. The film features an ensemble cast, including the versatile Jagapathi Babu and Bollywood’s Divyenndu, best known for Mirzapur.

Adding to the film’s grandeur, Academy Award-winning composer AR Rahman is crafting an exceptional soundtrack, while celebrated cinematographer Ratnavelu is set to deliver breathtaking visuals. Production designer Avinash Kolla is also onboard to create an immersive world for this ambitious project.

Backed by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, RC 16 is being presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. With an exciting blend of powerhouse performances, top-tier technicians, and an intriguing storyline, RC 16 is shaping up to be a massive cinematic treat.
