The film is being jointly produced by Zee Studios, Prerna Arora, and SKG Entertainment, and promises to be a visually spectacular cinematic experience.
Blending Indian mythology with cutting-edge graphics, Jatadhara is being crafted as a visual wonder. The newly released poster captures the essence of a cosmic battle—Man vs Divinity, Curse vs Power. Amidst a stormy sky lit by lightning, a divine trident pierces through the clouds as Sudheer Babu stands poised for battle. Behind him looms a fierce manifestation of Lord Shiva, symbolizing divine wrath and protection. The poster has ignited immense curiosity and excitement among fans and cinephiles alike.
The teaser is officially scheduled to drop on August 8, 2025.
Directed by Venkat Kalyan and Abhishek Jaiswal, Jatadhara is being developed with world-class visual effects, AI-enhanced storytelling, and a riveting screenplay. Backed by Zee Music Co., the soundtrack is expected to elevate the mythic tone of the film. The movie is set for a pan-India release later this year, across multiple languages.
Zee Studios, known for producing content-driven and genre-defining films, is deeply invested in the project. Their CBO Umesh Kumar Bansal is said to be instrumental in shaping Jatadhara into something truly unique, thanks to his vision and focus on high-concept narratives.
For Prerna Arora, this marks her second major collaboration with Zee Studios after Rustom. She has previously produced acclaimed titles such as Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Pad Man, Pari, and Batti Gul Meter Chalu, which were both award-winning and commercially successful.
The film is being produced by Umesh Kumar Bansal, Shivin Narang, Arun Agarwal, Prerna Arora, Shilpa Singhal, and Nikhil Nanda. Co-producers include Akshay Kejriwal and Kusum Arora, with Divya Vijay serving as the Creative Producer.
Jatadhara is shaping up to deliver a grand, immersive experience steeped in myth, mysticism, and spectacle—something Indian cinema hasn’t seen before.
