Two Powerhouses Unite – Dharma Productions Bags Hindi Rights for Pan-India Superhero Spectacle Mirai

Riding high on the blockbuster success of HanuMan, Superhero Teja Sajja is ready to don the cape once again — this time as Super Yodha in the much-anticipated action-adventure Mirai. Directed by Karthik Gattamneni and produced on a lavish scale by TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad under the People Media Factory banner, the film aims to set a new benchmark in the Indian superhero genre.

Adding even more power to the project, Bollywood’s top filmmaker Karan Johar has officially joined the journey. His prestigious banner, Dharma Productions, has secured the Hindi theatrical distribution rights, ensuring a grand release across North India. Known for delivering Telugu blockbusters like Baahubali and Devara to Hindi audiences, Dharma’s association is expected to give Mirai an unparalleled reach and momentum.

The promotional campaign for Mirai has already taken off with a bang — from stunning first-look posters and visually rich glimpses to an adrenaline-filled teaser and the chart-topping first single Vibe Undi, the buzz is sky-high across multiple languages.

The film stars Ritika Nayak as the female lead opposite Teja Sajja, with Manoj Manchu playing a formidable antagonist. The ensemble cast also includes Shriya Saran, Jayaram, and Jagapathi Babu in significant roles. Karthik Gattamneni not only directs but also handles the cinematography, promising a visually striking experience. The film’s music is composed by Gowra Hari, with Manibabu Karanam co-writing the screenplay and dialogues. The world of Mirai is brought to life by Sri Nagendra Tangala as the Art Director and Sujith Kumar Kolli as Executive Producer.

Scheduled for a worldwide release on September 5, Mirai will be available in eight languages and in both 2D and 3D formats, reinforcing its ambition to be a true pan-India spectacle.
